Mario joins McGee Consulting with the desire to leverage his years of experience and his passion with helping others increase their productivity and work life balance. He is an adept facilitator and presenter, skilled at helping managers and leaders identify and reach their potential. His strengths also lie with teaching managers to respond to employee needs, elicit team members' best work, and move the organization toward its goals and helping managers understand how important they are in making the company successful. Mario has over 18 years of experience with the internationally acclaimed Ritz-Carlton. There he held several senior executive roles including Corporate Director of Global Learning and most recently Area Director of Quality for the Northeast region.

In his spare time Mario enjoys hiking, biking and rollerblading through some of the beautiful parks in the nation’s capital. Mario has a B.A. in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Sacred Heart in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He and his wife Wanda reside in Tysons Corner Virginia.
