Director of Finance and Operations

Melanie Terry is responsible for managing Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Technology for MPS. She brings twenty years of risk management, finance, and business administration experience to this position. Her career includes director of operations for a major health organization, corporate risk manager for a high tech company, and tenure with two of the world’s largest insurance and risk management corporations. Those experiences have provided the background and breadth of knowledge necessary to effectively oversee the multiple cost and revenue centers within MPS. Melanie is currently pursuing her MBA at Regis University.
