Executive Consultant positions are available in the following US locations:

Atlanta, New York and California

MPS Executive Consultants build and manage MPS’ relationships in Enterprise Accounts. This work enables our clients to create, integrate and sustain productivity as a culture within their companies, causing them to achieve their most important objectives and maintain work-life balance. Executive Consultants are located throughout the United States, as well as in key international markets.

Job Description Overview:

Reporting to the VP of Sales, Executive Consultants are part of a growing team selling and delivering quality services to Fortune 1000 accounts. Ideal candidates should have experience in services sales, training delivery and coaching for improved performance. Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills are essential. They must possess the ability to consult with customers at all levels of an organization, identify requirements and present solutions, and develop long term relationships that generate client loyalty and exceed sales goals. The Executive Consultant must have a high-energy, charismatic personality, be willing to live what they teach, and enjoy working for a small company with a big outlook..

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiating skills
  • Technical knowledge and ability using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007 for Windows.
  • Smart, flexible, diligent and professional — willing to work hard but have fun doing it
  • Ability to learn and add value quickly
  • Passionate about the products and services being offered, and the benefits they produce in client organizations
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and goal orientation
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Located in major metro area in New York, Atlanta or California
Experience:
In addition to a Bachelors Degree, candidates will have:
  • 5+ years of account management experience, with emphasis in software and/or services sales
  • Proven record of accomplishment with consistent quota attainment or overachievement
  • Closing and managing deals greater than $250k
  • Ability to work independently
